Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole (BCP) Council
Marine Farm Services have been awarded the contract for the next three years, to deploy, recover and renew the circa 90 seasonal markers for BCP Council. The markers cover multiple bays stretching from Sandbanks to Barton-on-Sea.
In addition, we support the Beach team with some smaller requested civils works, vessel salvage and disposal and Aid to Navigation marker replacements.
Ocean Conservation Trust
As part of their Blue Meadows Ocean Habitats project roll out, Marine Farm Services has been excited to be part of the deployment of sea grass within Torbay. This has involved a working platform, specialist crane work onto the sea bed and diver support.

Scallop Ranch
From hatchery to plate, Marine Farm Services support all of the Scallop Farm husbandry services. This includes spat deployment, grading and thinning of scallops, maintenance of nets, ropes, floats and markers and finally harvesting.
However, Scallop Ranch is a multi-species farm and Marine Farm Services also harvests mussels which settle upon the lines naturally.
MDL Brixham Marina
Marine Farm Services vessels have been awarded the ongoing support contract to move and refill the marina fuel barge.
Torbay Harbour Authority
Marine Farm Services have been successful in providing the services to the local harbour authority to deploy and retrieve the 5 knot markers annually. We also provide additional vessel support in the event of unplanned incidents, such as oil spills, repositioning of navigational markers, vessel salvage and debris recovery
Brixham Sea Farms
Marine Farm Services provide the vessels and support services, including farm maintenance and harvesting to ensure the best quality mussels make their way to the processing plant
Royal Torbay Yacht Club
Marine Farm Services have supported Royal Torbay Yacht Club with the deployment and retrieval of their race mark buoys, located around the bay.
Aqua Botanika and Biome Algae Seaweed Farm
Marine Farm Services were appointed to build the seaweed farm in Torbay.
As part of their requirements, we used Arc Marine Reef Cubes, our own vessels and experience, and local specialist support services.

MDL Brixham Marina
"Following the major fire incident in Torquay the Harbour Authority requested the Sea Lady as a support vessel and work platform for pollution control and recovery. We were pleased to hear the vessel was underway within two hours to assist and were instrumental in the recovery of a large volume of pollutants from the area. The crew worked long hours in a professional manner at very short notice."
